Depending on experience, after some weeks of training and mentoring you will be expected to run a section of the floor and deliver an exceptional experience to our guests. Running your own section under the close eye of Jamie. Assisting the team with the day to day activities of the kitchen. Positive, happy, can do attitude. Actively wants to input ideas and ensure everyone wins.
Taking the lead of the pastry section in the kitchen preparing a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc. Following traditional and modern techniques.
We are looking for someone with a positive, happy and can-do attitude who will be responsible for running the breakfast section under the close eye of Jamie. Assisting the team with the day to day activities of the kitchen and actively inputting ideas.
We don’t actually use the title Guest Services as we think Guest Happiness is far more accurate. Our Guest Services team are typically the first our guests will meet and the last they say farewell to so we are very particular in who we pick to join. Working in Paul’s team, our Guest Happiness Manager, your job is to essentially ensure that all our guests, from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave, have the most optimum, experience rich, memorably happy time with us. Paul is a great mentor and has worked with some of the most demanding, exacting customers in the past, from the Royal Household to Head Butler for both UHNWI and at the Dorchester in London.
We are currently looking to recruit an additional Permanent, Full Time (35 hours per week over 5 days) Guest Services Assistant to join our Guest Happiness Team, who will support the Front Office Manager and Guest Happiness Manager in providing the ultimate customer experience.
Great housekeeping is more important than ever and an area we want to be leading the way. It’s not just about keeping everything scrupulously clean it’s also about setting the stage every day for our guests to experience the Gallivant at its best. Our bedrooms and common parts are extremely considered and help create a fantastic, home from home, experience for our guests, something we hope will inspire and delight them. Our housekeeping team are in charge of keeping this environment at it’s best every day and we value ability highly, as do our guests.
