Fresh ocean air and beautiful expansive views

Join us for a guided Mindful Beach Walk along the expansive and open Camber Sands beach. You’ll be led in a mindfulness practice while enjoying the fresh air and ocean views, followed by a a short standing meditation at the top of the dunes. Open to all levels, no experience necessary.

With the stunning beach landscape as your backdrop, you will be encouraged to connect with nature, allowing you to feel more present and find a sense of peace that you can carry with you for the rest of your stay.

This walk will calm your mind, awaken your senses and allow you to appreciate just being.
