Part of our new Wellness Series, this retreat will be focused around yoga practices and self compassion.

Join Union Station Yoga teacher, Pippa Richardson, for a nourishing 3-day yoga retreat at The Gallivant to deepen your connection to yourself, to nature and to a community of like-minded people.

Through embodied hatha yoga, journaling and discussion we will explore the theme of self-compassion and how this impacts our lives – both on and off the yoga mat. Pippa’s mindful approach to movement, will support you to listen to your intuition and innate body wisdom – discovering a yoga practice that deeply serves you and your needs. Integrating the insights from our practice, we will integrate our retreat by identifying how and where we can invite more love and compassion into our every day lives.

This three day escape is designed to replenish your energy levels with special menus of delicious, locally sourced food, mindful yoga and meditation practices, and beautiful sunset walks on the beach to soak up the ocean air.

Only a short trip 90 minute train or drive from London, retreat will be a deeply nourishing few days of self-care and reflection – a true gift to your heart and wellbeing.
