Free daily yoga or pilates

Join one of our brilliant (and lovely) teachers at 8am and 4pm every day for yoga or pilates in the Summer House or on the beach if the weather is fine. Classes are currently limited to 14 people to enable lots of physical distancing. Our Summer House is 85 sq metres of Hygge peacefulness.

Overnight guests and members are given direct access to book classes online.

IndiaHatha Yoga and Mediation Instructor

After finding yoga in her early teens and discovering the vast array of benefits it held, India has been exploring through this practice for 6 years, gaining her 200RYT at the Mystical Yoga Farm in Guatemala in 2018.

She teaches Hatha style yoga with an emphasis on connecting the breath, the body and the movement.

Marie-Louise Broadhurst (MJ)Pilates Instructor

After suffering a protruding disc in her lower lumbar spine and deciding that the three-month wait wasn’t going to be much fun at all, she started her love affair with Pilates and hasn’t looked back.

A qualified STOTT Pilates instructor (STOTT Pilates is based on Biomechanics and Exercise science).

“In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 you’ll see the difference and in 30 you’ll have a new body,” Joseph Pilates, the founder of Pilates.

LizzyYoga Instructor

Lizzy is extremely passionate about exercise and the wellbeing of others. She has been teaching for just over five years and is constantly looking to improve her knowledge to inspire and help others. Trained in STOTT Pilates and Yoga, Lizzy also enjoys teaching HIIT classes and body conditioning and has a keen interest in nutrition.

SallyHatha Yoga Instructor

Sally has practised yoga for over 27 years and believes that yoga is for everyone; all ages, levels of fitness or flexibility. All can benefit from the focus, posture, flexibility, strength, calm & relaxation that yoga can bring. Sally teaches Hatha yoga classes that incorporate the flowing routines of Sivanada yoga with the precision and accuracy of Iyengar. Classes will also incorporate breathing and relaxation techniques.

LouiseYoga Instructor

Louise is a qualified and experienced British Wheel of Yoga teacher; she has been practicing for over 18 years and teaching since 2015.  She runs workshops and classes in East Sussex and Kent, blending classical hatha postures that flow from one to another. Her main approach is to help students establish sound physical practice that is appropriate for their wellbeing.
