Apart from daily yoga and pilates in the morning, we’d recommend a ‘Mindful Walk on the Beach’ , to help you focus on the present or for the ultimate natural high, an incredible Wild Swim in the sea opposite.

Swimming in cold water has so many health benefits – it improves your mood, increases blood circulation and helps with muscular pain – you’ll feel great afterwards, it’s totally addictive.
