THE YOGA SUNDAY LUNCH CLUB

In addition to our new Wellness Series with London yoga studio Union Station, we are launching our new Yoga Sunday Lunch Club, to change the way you spend the last day of the week! Bringing health, happiness and extremely good food to your weekend – only a moment away from London.
The 9:09am train from St Pancras will give you plenty of time to arrive and get settled. 

Next Lunch:
24th April, from 10am to 2:30pm.

Lunches in the future:
Occurring every 3rd Sunday of the month, starting from 24th of May.

What to expect:
Arrivals begin at 11am, where you will be welcome with a herbal tea, detox tonic and healthy snack. Your class will start shortly after in our brand new Summer House – a 80sq m wellness and yoga studio – and will last approximately 75mins to make the most of the time you have devoted to the practice that day.

You will then sit for our three-course detox lunch in our dining room, there will be a choice of options for you to choose from to satisfy any of your dietary requirements.

Yogis will depart after lunch, fully energised to begin a new week.

About Union Station London:
Union Station’s mission is to create a space for yogis to slow down from the fast-pasted nature of our lives and encourage us to take time to connect to ourselves and our community. Their teachers have been carefully chosen and have their unique backgrounds, experience and styles. Founder, Paula Dao Gray, who has worked in the yoga and wellness industry for more than a decade, launched Union Station to share her love for the practice to the many Londoners who do not take the time to connect back to themselves.

    Pricing
    £75 per person, excluding any travel.
    Stay the night from £164 per person for a shared room, or from £237 for single occupants.
