Beach Yoga Retreat

We are very excited to announce that Eryck Brahmania, one of the leading yoga teachers at Union Station in London will be hosting this retreat.  As an ex professional dancer with many top UK company’s he has a deep understanding of body flow and moved towards yoga under the guidance of one Europe’s most well know teachers, Claire Missingham, with whom he continues his study (and assists in her larger classes).

The beautiful beach of Camber is on our doorstep, and there will be plenty of time to wander over the dunes and take a mindful walk or two on the golden sand.   For further relaxation, why not book a treatment in our Beach Hut mini spa,  a chilled out sanctuary for wonderful massages and beauty treatments.

Eryck Brahmania

Eryck’s classes are strong but supportive and his unique sequencing that will always offer new challenges and learnings.

 Eryck’s years as a professional dancer with some of the UK’s top companies, including Rambert Dance Company, has given him a deep understanding of the body, flow, movement as a meditation and anatomical understanding.

He trained as a yoga teacher under Claire Missingham’s watchful eye and achieving an outstanding grade upon graduation, Eryck continues to study with Claire as well as assist her regularly.

(In 2008 Claire Missingham was the first yoga teacher in the UK to open a certified Teacher Training School and has trained over 150 well-known teachers in Europe.  In 2013 she was chosen as one of the world’s top yoga instructors.)

Students can expect deep yoga assists, wonderful sequencing and traditional roots of yoga using Sanskrit, krama vinyasa, use of precise and detailed anatomical alignment and uplifting music.
