Yoga Retreat with Union Station Yoga

Sunday – Monday
3rd – 4th June

Welcome the summer with a nourishing escape to the beach to refresh your body, relax your mind and open your heart.

This two day retreat will replenish your energy levels with special menus of delicious, locally sourced and locally foraged food (organic where possible).  We’ll connect to nature with mindful walks on the beach and engage in multiple yoga practices with Zara Miranda.

There will be plenty of free time to gallivant along our deserted sandy beach, curl up in a comfy chair or indulge in a treatment or two in our mini spa, the Beach Hut.

Connect with good friends and meet new acquaintances at this very special collaboration between the Gallivant and our friends at Union Station Yoga in London.

From £225 double occupancy (sharing a room)
From £305 single occupancy

Beach Hut treatments start from £35 and need to be booked separately

  • Zara Miranda

Zara’s classes are light hearted and alignment focused but she often sets a more spiritual tone, aligning that with an intentional focus on breath she encourages her students to delve deeper into the physical and mental practice of yoga.

Trained in India in Ashtanga and Vinyasa, Zara’s classes are a dynamic flow with a nod to the Ashtanga Primary Series. Her sessions can be strong but are well paced with options offered for beginners and more experienced yogis who are looking to challenge themselves.
