Beach Yoga Retreat

Sunday – Monday
2nd – 3rd September

End the summer with a nourishing escape to the beach to refresh your body, relax your mind and open your heart.

This retreat is tailored to replenish your energy levels so you go home rejuvenated and refreshed.

During the course of the retreat you will enjoy delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners created by our kitchen, featuring primarily vegetarian themed menus of locally sourced ingredients .

  • Katy Bateman

Katy’s classes are creative, playful and dynamic.  Using the principles of Anusara Yoga, she emphasises proper use of breath and alignment to encourage a safe and playful practice.

Katy is blessed to have studied with many wonderful teachers, and is especially grateful for the teaching and constant guidance from her teacher Bridget Woods-Kramer, with whom she gained her 200hr certification and is currently completing her Advanced Yoga Teacher training.  Through her practice Katy has learned to be more spiritual and emotionally in tune with herself and the world around her.
