10 MILE MENU
We source virtually all our fresh ingredients from within 10 miles of us. We are committed to sourcing from local fishermen and farmers. The quality of their produce is remarkable and it’s an environmentally sustainable model.
We are proud to have been awarded Gold Star status in 2015 by the Sustainable Restaurant Association for our holistic approach to sourcing, our impact on local society and the environment.
NO SERVICE CHARGE, NO TIPPING
We don’t ask for any service charge nor ask you to tip.
The price on the menu is all you pay. We think this is a fairer way to do things and removes any doubt as to where these ‘extras’ end up.
We are the first restaurant in the country to do this and would welcome your feedback.
Our new menu launched in early March utilises everything that is grown and lives near by and is literally often just picked or caught.
Like all our menus 95% of the fresh ingredients are sourced within 10 miles of us, using extremely fresh, often hours picked or caught ingredients.
