What to expect

Join Georgina and India at the Gallivant for the most holistic run you’ve ever had. Start the morning with a group run led by Georgina (qualified LiRF) around the beautiful coastal landscape of Camber.

Arrive back at the Gallivant to healthy refreshments and a little rest. Let your body recover with runners recovery Yoga with India.

After your active morning, sit down for a delicious two course seasonal lunch cooked by the Gallivant kitchen.

Meet India

  • I started my Yoga journey at 13, practicing almost daily, helping out on retreats, and learning about spiritual philosophy. Since then I have undertaken 500 hours of training in Hatha/Vinyasa with a reverence for the yogic traditions of Tantra and Kundalini. Inspired by a love of nature and belief we could all be better connected: my classes are sequenced to reflect the sun and moons cycles, and often include healing instruments and unique playlists influenced by my other love: music.

Meet Georgina

I enjoy starting most mornings with gratitude on the beach. Originally from London, I moved to the coast to raise my family and I have never looked back. I have recently found a love for runnings and during the national lockdown of 2021 I decided to train and run my first marathon, this ignited my passion for fitness. I started volunteering at a local run club and have recently passed my LiRF – Leadership in Running Fitness.
