We had a brilliant time as always. The staff were great with a particular mention to Anna, Corey and Lindsay who couldn't have done more to make our stay enjoyable and relaxing. Truly is a home from home!

This is the first time at The Gallivant but the third time at the location, having stayed at your predecessor. The changes are wonderful, it was my partner’s 60th and we wanted somewhere relaxed, not like a hotel and he wanted fish and chips on the beach. You weren’t able to arrange the latter – I’m not sure why – but everything else was excellent. All the staff are fantastic, couldn’t have been more welcoming while not fussing. It’s a special spot. We spent far too much on your fabulous wine choices, but you only turn 60 once, right!

We had the most incredible day at The Gallivant. As soon as we visited the venue we knew it was just the right setting for our relaxed beachside wedding and on the day it worked better than I could ever imagine. All our guests loved it too and I’m sure more than a few will return for a weekend away!

All the staff are wonderful! Friendly, welcoming, accommodating and always ready to go above and beyond. Special thanks to Becky, Hamish, Paul, Lindsay and Cory for making sure our day went like clockwork, you guys are brilliant!

Jamie and his team in the kitchen served up a spectacular wedding breakfast, with locally sourced seasonal produce that was cooked to perfection. We heard ‘that was the best food I’ve ever had at a wedding’ more than once! We loved the ‘family style’ serving of the courses and so did our guests, it worked so well. Thank you Jamie & team!

I can’t recommend The Gallivant highly enough and we look forward to returning for our one year anniversary!
